* Spacious and comfortable room.
* Excellent location.
* Train station only 2 minutes away.
* Supermarket just 1 minute away.
* Convenient for travelers.
* Parking available on-site.
* The elderly lady at the reception was very nice, humble, and welcoming. Her kindness made our stay even more pleasant.
* We checked out very early (around 5:00 AM) for a flight and found the reception unattended.
* It may have helped if we had informed the hotel in advance about our early departure.
* Clearer guidance for early check-out would be useful for guests with early flights.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, the owner very professional and treated very well. Such a wonderful staff. Room was amazing, I stayed at Encanto room.

I liked the location. Great access to nearby transport.
Some of the plugs didn’t work, one door leading to the outside balcony wouldn’t close which could be potentially dangerous.
