Lovely clean comfortable hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location with a great walk to the centre of the city.Great being so close to the Metro Station.

Great location and good breakfast
The rudeness of the staff in the downstairs restaurant. We had booked a meal and then were very rude when we turned up. it seemed a real burden for them as they hadn’t sorted a table. When asked about a free table they said no as that one had been booked earlier . They then gave a throw away remark said you could eat outside. They were then going to put us in a gangway where the table concerned would been in the path of all meals served. As a result of their totally rude attitude we didn’t stay . The only negative point about the hotel .

good location, clean, friendly staff.
Small room. Couldn't get the TV channels working.
no facilities; you would expect some (e.g. gym, coffee at reception, ice machine etc) at a 4* hotel.
