We loved the way the hotel made us feel relaxed in the middle of Lisbon. The rooftop and fitness were divine, breakfast was delicious and varied. Recommend to eat dinner here as well. Kind and welcoming staff, nice and clean room.

Located in a beautiful neighborhood, the hotel was clean, the family suite was very spacious with comfortable beds and all the amenities. The breakfast was great!

The shower took a long time to get hot.

I recently visited Lisbon, Portugal for the first time and had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday there. My stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly lovely, welcoming and helpful. The location is also fantastic, with a shop right next to the hotel, which was extremely convenient whenever I needed anything during my stay. I also ordered room service, and the dessert and fries I had were absolutely delicious! On the day of my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of alcohol and a birthday card from the hotel. I contacted reception to thank them for the thoughtful gesture, but explained that I would not be drinking alcohol and asked if it could be removed. The staff were incredibly understanding and kindly provided me with orange juice instead, which I really appreciated. The receptionists were particularly wonderful. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but all three receptionists I interacted with were extremely helpful, understanding and attentive to detail. They made me feel very welcome and were always happy to assist whenever I needed anything. The breakfast also had a great selection, and the staff working there were equally kind, friendly and helpful. The rooftop was also very lovely! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. The excellent location, lovely staff and thoughtful service made my first trip to Portugal and my birthday celebration even more special. I would happily stay here again!

No fault to the hotel, but you can hear when people slam the doors. Which may disrupt your sleep. We were also woken up around half 6 in the morning, due to a fire alarm concern. We do understand that due to protocol they would have to check the room. Fortunately this should not be an issue for any future residents, as after I discussed this with the receptionist she had confirmed they will check once we had finished our stay.

The restaurant staff were not very attentive we waited for the pizza pasta kitchen to open at 7pm and had been there since 6pm ordered a few drinks but then we sat to 7.20 and there was no service so we ended just leaving
