    Hotel is clean and concierge is friendly but the ladies at the reception weren’t. There were many times door slamming and knocking sounds in the corridor which woke us up and it was very difficult to rest or sleep. When given feedback they weren’t very accommodating.

    Recently stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in Lisbon. Firstly the staff are all super polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and they have some great facilities such at the steam room and gym which we used. We booked bed and breakfast, the breakfast buffet in the morning was great and had many choices. I would highly recommend this hotel and would book again if visiting Lisbon x

    They won't even let you have a glass of wine outside the front of the hotel when I counted they're 12 chairs with literally know one in them. The bartender chased me down.... but s bachelor grp. can bring 2 cases of beer to the room.
