We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There was everything on site we could need. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about Conwy. The views from the dining room were magnificent.
It is quite a steep walk back up from Conwy town but we managed easily and we are getting on. Just took our time.

The stay was excellent though there were many kids around. But the staff warned me before about the noise, but it was fine. The staff was excellent, the room was very clean and perfect.
The shower tap needs to be fixed in the room 3. Its very hard to turn it off.
Also Wifi could be better.

Great place, super clean. The room was warm and very quiet. The staff were all incredibly friendly. The kitchen was large and had everything that was needed.
