Food prepared by landlord was very good. Also landlord is a nice person and a good businessman.
If you are without a car, you need to be prepare for extra cost to get to the apartment. It's too far to get there on your own. You need to take a taxi. The landlord is very nice person, so eventually you can ask him to give you a ride, but of course not for free. So you need to be prepare for extra cost.
