A Serene Retreat in Stara Planina National Park

Our recent stay at the Vila Panic was truly remarkable. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, including enchanting waterfalls and invigorating hiking trails, this comfortable retreat met all our expectations. The house's location by the river provided a serene and tranquil setting. From moss-covered waterfalls to scenic hiking trails near the flowing river, the park's natural wonders were easily accessible (car + hike) and awe-inspiring. The house was comfortable and well-equipped, with a cozy interior and modern amenities. The proximity to the river added an extra touch of tranquility, offering a soothing ambiance throughout the stay. The hosts' exceptional hospitality and local knowledge enhanced the experience, making us feel warmly welcomed and ensuring a memorable visit. In conclusion, this house in Stara Planina National Park is a perfect choice for nature lovers seeking both comfort and beauty. I highly recommend it as an idyllic retreat that promises an unforgettable stay.

I felt fooled

I booked for 5 nights but the owner cancelled my reservation because he forgot that actually the apartment was not available. Quite annoying but ok, it can happen. So I checked for other dates but suddenly (in few minutes) the price was almost double (from 8€ to 15€). I had a couple of E-mail exchange with the owner who actually wrote me that for me alone the price would be 20€ … I felt fooled. Not very serious in my opinion.

A get-away of most comfort and serenity

I reserved this cottage for the month of October, to see the leaves change. I arrived when the mountains were dotted with specs of yellow and left when all the leaves turned earth brown and the wind was returning them back to the soil. Every morning I would sit in a loveseat with a cup of tea, foraged from mountain herbs, watching the sun pour into the living room through the window. And then I would start work. The Wifi signal was fantastic, even for group zoom video calls. I took the bike out to the waterfalls, zooming down the rocky mountain road. I went to the lake, a canyon, interesting rock formations. I was there during mushroom season and learned which ones are edible and I prepared them using the large and fully equipped kitchen. The sun sets early over the mountain so I would start a fire and the host would check with me to make sure I could do it. At the end of the day, I was happy to sink into a thick memory foam mattress that rested on top of two other mattresses. I felt like a princess on a pea.

Pravi biser prirode. Možda u naseljeno, ali jako mirnom mestu. Otišli upravo zbog snega za Novu godinu i nismo se razočarali. O samom smeštaju I domaćinu samo reci hvale. Već se uveliko razmatra i ponovni odlazak u toku godine.

Mi smo boravili 3 noci pred more. Kucica je ostavila bas dobar utisak od samog ulaska. Mir, tisina, izolovanost, ako zelite da se iskljucite i odmorite ovo je pravo mesto za vas. Cistoca i odlicna komunikacija sa domacinom. Sve preporuke sa moje strane.

Bilo bi bas greota napisati da nesto nije ok.

Kuća je na idealnom mestu, terasa pokrivena i na par metara od rečice, a u blizini ima puno sadržaja koje treba videti. Sama kuća je čista i opremljena svime što je potrebno za prijatan boravak. Domaćini veoma ljubazni. Sve pohvale.
