A house with a real mountain vibe :)

The host was very friendly and super responsive. The house has a lot of space both inside and outside, with large living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. There was 7 of us and we never felt like there was a lack of space to move around or to sit. The terrace is huge, with a wonderful view at the mountains.

Kuca Balkan is vey comfortable and nice place to stay.Balcony and living room are spacius and cozy.Beds are comfortable.Location is excellent.Ivanka and Dragan are great people and hosts.I highly recommend this house for family vaccation.Tamara

Beautiful and spacious terrace with amazing balcony and views. Very clean and comfortable cottage. Hosts are very kind and helpful. It's close to the ski slopes and hike trails to Midzor and Babin zub. We had an amazing holidays and will definitely come back!

Highly recommend this place!

Everything was great. The place is spacious and comfortable. The location is very nice. Nice view from the balcony and sound of the mountain river is relaxing. The host, Dragan, was very nice and kind and we were very happy that he kept place very warm in the evenings.

Nothing, everything was good! Only one small suggestion, it would be good to have basic supplies like: salt, pepper, sugar and oil (I would say that usually there are some, maybe they just ran out, when we came)

Very nice house with excellent host. 2 separate floors, first one with living room, kitchen and a bathroom and a second one with 3 separate rooms (5 single + 1 double bed) and a bathroom. Very clean and authentic.
