Place is fine but be aware it is very noisy.

It fit the need to accommodate 5 adults.

Location was very noisy. There was an air conditioning control for 1 room. Bathroom windows need coverings. Dressers are totally unusable and broken. No kitchen linens. Trash was not accessible and some trash was left in the can under the sink. Walls have either blood or bugs on them.

This is our first time in Florence and if we return it wouldn’t be at this property

Location was 25 minutes away on foot. I didn’t like the location at all as it is near a busy and noisy road. Having 2 small children it kept us all awake.

It looked and sounded great on your website, paying £995 for a 3 night stay seemed reasonable until we got there. On our day of arrival I had been sent an email from the booking agent (Yikey) to inform me that we could go to the apartment anytime after 12. When we arrived the cleaners were there and were not happy about that arrangement. Not my fault for a breakdown in communication! The property needs an update, especially the electrics which kept tripping. No microwave or toaster either which I assumed would be in the property. Noisy and busy road outside which kept some of us awake.

Space available

No instruction written on any place in the apt. On how to use appliances and air conditioner and how to turn hot water which we did not have for a period of about two of the three days we stayed there. There was no personal contact. I strongly suggest that a person should meet new guests when they arrive to explain how to use the facilities.

Host needs faster communication to request. We stay for 3 nights, shower and vanity drain clogged when arrived, water overflow when taking shower, messaged host request for maintenance but did not get fixed 2 days later.

Sofa Bed is not comfortable. Also not at all suitable for making 2 person sleep on it. It just a casual sofa for may be drawing room hangout(seating) But not for sleeing on it.

Francesca And Giuliana were so kind and helpful! The apartment has a great location, although a little noisy, is so beautiful.

The sofa bed is small for two people. The hot water and the electricity went down sometimes, a little uncomfortable but it’s easy fixed!

Disappointing

The place is very spacious and the location is ok.

The windows weren't soundproofed at all. We were woken up every morning by very loud traffic. This meant that it wasn't weather proofed either. The living room was a sauna, especially because there's no ac there. The rooms' ac was incredibly loud and didn't cool the room that much, impossible to sleep with on. Impossible to sleep with it off too as the rooms were very hot. The mattresses are old and deformed, especially on the double beds, they were U shaped. The cleanliness was ok, but there was some dust and the walls needed some washing as there were marks of mosquitoes and shoes on them. There were some molde problems near one of the bathrooms, if you are allergic, stay away. There's not lift, if you can't walk up stairs, this is not the place to go to.

Good location but renovation work and noise spoilt our stay.

Location

The renovation work taking place woke us each morning with the exception of Sunday. We should have been made aware of this, the hammering and drilling meant we did not sleep well whilst at this property.

The flat location proximity is good to the station. Modern looking flat.

Had to wait over an hour for the check in as the cleaning lady was still there. Flat is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. Had to carry all our luggage up the steps. Floor is dusty. Electricity cuts off very frequently. The main breaker is on the ground floor and had to go downstairs every time the electricity went off to switch it on even at 3.30am in the morning. This happened more than 10 times. We had to not switch on the lights in the evening (used our phone lights instead) or charge our phones sparingly to try not to trip the switch. The cut happened regardless of our efforts. The kettle plug does not even fit in the wall plug. WiFi name was wrong in the info given so had difficulty connecting at the start. The aircon (when it is working) is extremely noisy. Flat is next to a busy road so it is very noisy so opening the windows are not an option. Facilities are minimal.

the beds were comfortable very soft

Well to start with I wasn’t aware we would have to climb three flights of stairs to get our suitcases into the apartment. no elevator! Next, when we got there one of the beds had no bedding on it - no sheets, no pillowcases and there were no extra ones on the property. We tried reaching out to Management, Francesca, about this upon arrival and we got NO response ever! Second, much worse, the electricity would not stay on in the property, we had to go down three flights of stairs every 10 minutes to turn it back on using the main breaker - the people on the main floor told us this electricity issue has been a problem for weeks! cold showers no lights and not able to charge our phones! We tried endlessly to contact Francesca for help and got no response! we FINALLY gave up having no choice and moved to a hotel. thank goodness I think I am getting a refund but it’s going to be 7-12 days apparently before I can be sure if this!

On booking.com it says that they have luggage storage service but this is only if they don’t have people checking in on the same day you leave the accommodation. The solution they propose is leaving the luggage at the entrance of the building where the apartment is located...

There was no air con remotes to turn the air con on, tried to contact the people but never replied back to me even when we left the property, floors was dirty had to mop it ourselves, Kitchen tap didn’t work as the cold tap lever was off so when switched on the hot it poured out the cold side, had to fill kettle in bathroom sink Skirting boards was not all in place and was loose

Warm and Spacious Apartment with Good Location

1. Our host, Nicolo, was very warm, friendly and understanding! We arrived later than expected because the train was delayed slightly. He made sure we were comfortable before leaving and made clear the instructions for check-out, which was super easy. 2. Great location from the train station! We got to our apartment within 10 min, walking. The weather was nice, so it was a good stroll. 3. The unit itself was very spacious with an inviting atmosphere! I felt like I had just walked into my friend's apartment, what with all the inspirational decor and other home accents. The restrooms were clean and the rooms were spacious. Even the closet space was generous. As a nice touch, the towels and toiletries were nicely laid out for guests, which I liked. My whole family felt very comfortable. 4. Gladly, we did not experience noise from neighbors or from the outside. Everything is walking distance in Florence, so as long as you don't have elderly traveling with you, then having a location near the station is a good idea. We felt very safe in our area. We will hopefully come here again soon! We enjoyed it very much.

1. The shower in the master bedroom was a tight fit, but I was still able to maneuver around. I believe the other restroom had a bigger stall. 2. I would have liked a thicker blanket, and the bed was firmer than what I'm used to, but that's okay! 3. This cannot be helped, so it's nothing against the property, but the unit is accessible via stairs only. My grandmother is hard-of-walking, so she struggled to climb. 4. The windows were locked shut. We wanted to see outside, but perhaps there is a reason? I personally like having the windows open, but this did not dampen our stay.
