It is clean and nicely decorated, the caravan is well maintained. Heating is great in colder weather. The bathroom and shower are in decent size for a caravan. Wifi is installed in this caravan, free and included! Parking is on a first come first served basis, we did not have issues parking close to the caravan during the lower season. The surroundings of the caravan are peaceful and quiet.
The twin beds are very small, would be good for kids but not for adults.
We have misundertood that it was a 3-bedroom accommodation based on some of the reviews here, we managed as 4 individuals, but to be clear, this is a 2-bedroom accommodation (1 double, 1 twin), 1.5 bathroom (1 main bathroom with shower, 1 ensuite WC), with a living dining room and an open kitchen.

Location is great , very quiet and peace lower Hyde park
Value for money is not the best specially when you check in at 4pm and check out at 10am , unreliable checking times , pool not available for private bookings caravans so you will have to pay individually to use swimming pools, sea in July still freezing!
