It was good for us

The location was good you had a supermarket on the doorstep you weren’t far from the train or the buses the caravan was clean you could tell it was looked after and comfortable.

The only think I would have liked to see was a toilet roll we have stayed in many caravans and air b&bs and they always provided a toilet roll so we were cut taken a bit short but other than that that it was lovely

The caravan was immaculate , extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need.

Unfortunately there were no instructions for the heating or microwave but we managed to work it out so there wasn't a problem

Lovely caravan hoping to return

The caravan had been upgraded to a newer model , everything was new and cleaned to a high standard . There was also some essentials items in the caravan that added a lovely touch , easy parking and also in a nice quiet spot for privacy .

Great holiday let in Isle of Wight.

The caravan was lovely,the site was good and in a good location with lidl at the entrance of the park and Morrisons close by as well. The grandkids loved the swimming pools and used the ones at languard as well as lower hyde. Life guards were really helpful with any queries regarding entertainment. Great welcoming email,with lots of good information about the island and the caravan and park. Also black folder with lots more information.

Had a little bit of difficulty booking kids activities using online hub as didn't have booking reference, this was minor and lifeguards did sort booking activities out for us.

Beautiful caravan well kitted out, you can see that the owners love their caravan

The caravan was in a great location on the Lower Hyde Park Dean resort, was spacious and clean, well stocked with essentials. We were a family of 5, it was a great location to get around the island, Shanklin town was lovely and peaceful. Fantastic caravan for a family holiday, with 3 bedrooms and two toilets. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

The 2nd toilet is quite small but it was good to have that, no complaints!

Lovely stay for 3 nights. Nice caravan, located in a nice spot.

Nice spacious caravan. Clean enough. Plenty of amenities. Nice decking area to sit outside and eat/read.

Double bed was small and bouncy. Needs a bit more cleaning around some of the smaller areas, radiators, toilet roll holder were quite dusty in places.

Enjoyed and made the weekend really fun

The static home was located in a great location and I did not realise the caravan park had so many facilities for children so this was a great bonus. The home was very neat and tidy and had everything we needed, will definitely recommend to others or stay again.

Although we were told to bring towels, i did not think i had to bring a hand towel for the toilet, that should have been mentioned in the literature

Perfect short break - just about 2hours door-to-door and felt like being away from it all.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Very peaceful, but still close to amenities. Really enjoyed our stay, and will certainly be back again.

Great stay and value for money.

Property was clean and closer to amenities and attractions. The hosts were responsive when I texted to ask how to operate the cooker. There were plenty of activities on site for the children (swimming, Arcade, evening concerts etc). Swimming was included in the price, which is a bargain for 4 children.

Fabulous stay!

We had such an amazing time here! It has absolutely everything you could need and more. Perfect location and the holiday park itself was nice. I wasn’t sure how to work the oven and had a quick response from the caravan owners too 🙂 our family absolutely loved it here.

We did not use the facilities at the park so it is difficult to comment on them. The caravan was cosy and comfortable and clearly a much loved family holiday home.

If there was a vacuum cleaner we couldn't find it!!

Apart from not being able sort bedding till very late this was an excellent stay, and would definitely consider rebookin

Very clean, excellent location, 2 toilets was a bonus

Assumption was made that 2 of 4 females would be sharing a double bed. Tried to get hold of both phone numbers but calls failed on different phone networks- could have been the location didn’t help. Found spare bedding on last day! We were not made aware of this so got some from housekeeping. Microwave was too high for the four of us to use 😕Only other concern was we could have done with instructions re the cooker as we all use electric!

Parking spaces should be allocated as some other vans had multiple cars meaning some times you could not park close by.

Overall it’s ok but not what I was expecting

Location is great , very quiet and peace lower Hyde park

Value for money is not the best specially when you check in at 4pm and check out at 10am , unreliable checking times , pool not available for private bookings caravans so you will have to pay individually to use swimming pools, sea in July still freezing!

Great stay in the IOW

The caravan is set in a good location, it was clean & comfortable & had everything you could possibly need. We sat outside on the balcony area of an evening too enjoying the late sunshine, which was lovely. The hosts were very helpful & responded quickly to any queries we had. They also recommend some of the best places to visit.

Probably worth taking some ear plugs as the birds do love to dance around on the roof!
