Very central for where we wanted to be. The Room had a fantastic and comfortable balcony which overlooked the sea. The host was fantastic and gave us a lot of information. Immaculately clean.

Amazing stay that exceeded all expectations

The host was great. They was so accommodating and they have thought of everything to make the stay comfy and homey. It is so clean and the decor is so beautiful. The location is so great, the sun set it amazing and close to everything but still secluded.

There was some hair in the shower and the heater is small so it isn't as effective to warm the large room, since it's a studio.

A fabulous experience worth repeating

Fabulous views from an extremely comfortable room. The facilities were perfect - from the large shower to the patio overlooking a stunning fynbos garden. The giant bed was conducive to a good sleep and the location is near enough to the malls for convenience's sake, yet remote enough to feel like you are out of the built-up areas.

Overall enjoyable stay!

Wonderful hosts, good company and informative. Hosts have provided everything they think you would need, even a first aid kit, beach umbrella... its a long list!

The driveway is very awkward and steep, especially difficult at night for a large vehicle to align the tyres on the two strips. (Not for low sports cars, we are so glad we brought a different car for this trip). Expected to leave all the top windows in the room open: too cold at night, and too much dust in the room, Noordhoek is very windy. They are hard to reach and close.

Magnificent views with a gem of a host!

Magnificent view! Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still close enough to everything. The unit with the patio was very cool despite the fact that it was summer. Penny has an exceptional eye for detail and she’s added the smallest things to make life easier.

No washing machine available, but there’s a laundry service just across the road.

Stunning stay - Penny went over and above to make sure you have all that you need and some extras including a bottle of wine :) The views are beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay. Penny was also very helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do.

Loved our stay at 365, despite the weather testing our resolve from time to time.

Excellent location and view across Crofter's Valley and the wetlands to Long Beach. The apartment was very comfortable, with plenty of space. Penny and Dirk were the perfect hosts.

If you are going to do some self catering, storage space for groceries and snacks are limited, but this didn't distract from us enjoying our stay.
