Kathy was a great host and very welcoming. Of all the BnBs we stayed in on our trip, Kathy provided the best welcome pack and a great, eclectic library. Off street parking was a bonus.
Kitchen facilities are limited, but compensated by the welcome pack.

Kathy was an excellent host. Very attentive and welcoming. She left us a great breakfast package and everything we needed for a 2 night stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. Beds were very comfy, a lovely location with easy busy service into city and airport.

Such a wonderful accommodation! Nice clean rooms, the host(Kathy) and her husband were very kind and courteously. There was a basket of foods and a filled fridge for breakfast. Everything was very nice. A wonderful terrace and garden and nothing to miss. Big thanks to Kathy and her husband. Good place for trips to Edinburgh, Bus stops nearby. We've had a great time there visiting the Royal Highland Show and Edinburgh.
