Absolutely stunning accommodation. Spacious, modern & very homely. Lovely continental breakfast plus extras inc 2 x Jura single malt scotch whisky, bottle of Prosseco plus some nice treats. Location of the property is great, the X18 bus stop is 5 mins walk away, takes you all the way into Edinburgh. We were there to see Bon Jovi at Murrayfield so this was perfect for our needs. The host, Kathy, is lovely & catered to all our needs. Definitely looking to book again so we can explore the city of Edinburgh. Thank you.

The rooms were lovely. The library was a nice touch The host Kathy went the extra mile for us preparing a delicious continental style breakfast all in all great stay.
