The staff were lovely, especially the chambermaid and a lady in the bar who helped us with trains to Murrayfield.
Room nine has a springy bed.

The brief experience and contact with very good. If you like the heat, then this hotel certainly makes sure that guests do not feel too cold. Too hot for me personally !
Taking into consideration the cost, this hotel goes to some level that the guest gets good value for money. Basics such as clean room and bathing stuff, but also nice touches including good quality towels biscuits and even chocolates on the pillow !.
Unfortunately the hotel is on flightpath for aircraft landing / taking off so there can be some noise., however the only issue I really had is completely out of the control of the hotel, which is other hotel guests. I stay at a lot of hotels due to my work and unfortunately some guests seem to re-arrange rooms at midnight !!

The room we were allocated was quite
I didn't like the noise other guests were making when entering their rooms. Our shower room, was overflowing, water wasn't draining down on our first night but we reported the problem and it was fixed immediately. I was impressed 👌🏾 👏🏾
