We stayed for 4 nights and the environment, the welcoming, the smile of the member of staffs were remarkable. Very friendly and pleasant people. Many thanks Nathan, Rebecca, Sophie, Joao, and all receptionists that treated my family so well. The restaurant attendants they always had a smile to give us while serving us. Many thanks all.

The staff were all very nice and the room exactly what I needed. There is no pool or sauna anymore in case you see this online. The room was excellent, comfy bed , window looking in to courtyard and very close to ammenities like the centre which is a huge shopping outlet just out of sight across street. I enjoyed the quiet not knowing I was so close to the centre at same time. Great walk paths about too to explore and riverside path pretty.

The hotel is good, wifi didnt work but staff provided us with an alternative wifi, which worked well. The location is 30mins from Edinburgh but situated near a huge Asda and lots of shopping

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be fine, but the property definitely feels dated. The decor throughout the rooms and common areas is quite old-fashioned, and the furnishings could use an update. While everything was generally clean and functional, the style and condition of the interiors made the hotel feel a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Staff were friendly and the location is convenient, but if you’re looking for something modern or recently renovated, this might not be the best fit. With some updates to the décor and facilities, this hotel could really improve the guest experience.
