Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Very friendly staff. All spoke good English. The breakfast was good value for money. Very close to the S-Bahn (2 Minute walk)

The single room I had was very small. Not a problem, just not a typical hotel room size.

It was ok, but I think it required improvement.

Good location

No one was is the reception all the time, therefore it caused some problems. On arrival, I couldn’t get inside until some guests kindly let me in. Also, after the check out, I left my baggage at the hotel and I was rocked out, so I couldn’t get back my luggage easily. This time, other guests also helped me.

Excellent stay

The owner is really kind and helpful, made me feel very comfortable! The hotel is next to the train so it was easy to go to frankfurt, and the breakfast was really big (I only had coffee because I was in a hurry). The room was big and very comfortable, there was boiler to make your own coffee/tea and I loved the window + the bathroom was big and clean!

the wifi password wasn't written anywhere as far as I could tell, I could have probably called to ask but unfortunately I didnt have credits on my phone

not the best option in town

room and bathroom breakfast buffet was nice

it was 18.30 and no one was there for the check-in, one had to call a number to get in and get access to the key. A message informing us how to get in would have been welcome the room was freezing because the window was left ajar in bathroom and room. It did not warm up even after the windows were closed. the area does not feel safe

Fantastic location right across the road from the train station. Manager very nice and helpful. Room extremely clean and spacious. Bed and bedding super comfortable. Private and quiet.

Only one small thing - would have liked air conditioning, but understand this is not always standard in Europe, and there was a very good fan in the room.

Much enjoyed the visit

Hotel has an excellent location in the centre of Offenbach and well placed for public transport. It is adjacent to a S-bahn station. Occupancy was tiny owing to the pandemic to which the hotel had adapted well with high levels of hygiene and appropriate breakfast arrangements

The front door was locked and no receptionist around despite arriving within the time-window I had indicated (7-8pm). A notice stuck on the front door gave a number to ring to discover how to get in and to find your room and its key, This was of course in German which I don't speak.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Das Mobiliar war schon sehr abgerockt. Das Zimmer hat nach altem Muff gerochen. Das Frühstück war unterirdisch. Das magere Angebot wurde nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt und das auch nur sehr knapp, Eier gab es auch nur eins für alle. Der Kaffee eine glatte 6. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es nur in einem überteuerten Parkhaus

super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles soweit sauber und ordentlich. Sehr bequeme Betten. Frühstück ausreichend, wir haben Rührei und guten Kaffee frisch zubereitet bekommen, genügend frisches Obst. Alkoholfreies Bier und Sprite in der Minibar inklusive.

Ein Handtuch hatte Flecke und Bettwäsche einen kleinen Riss. Von der Baustelle gegenüber haben wir gewusst, hat beim Schlafen aber nicht gestört.

Super zentral gelegen, Parkhaus 2 Minuten Fussweg. Sehr freundliches Personal. Einfaches aber gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sehr sauber, unschlagbares Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Ich würde jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

Lage sozusagen mitten in der Stad. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Personal spricht kein DE - Frühstück war OK - dauerte etwas mit nachlegen. Parken möglich in der Umgebung - etwas suchen. Derzeit eine Baustelle gegenüber dem Hotel.
