I would stay here again.

Great location, close to the Christmas market. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our room was right next to the smoking area so the small was unavoidable.

The location is great, very close to public transport in the very center. The staff was very friendly. I arrived early and got my room at 10 AM.

The AC was weak, but it was an extremely hot week.

Good

The second time I stay here - the rooms continued to be clean and worth the price. For a budget short stay, it is great, as in Frankfurt, you don't find anything at this price for this level. It is literally 20 seconds from the Sbahn, so it compensates for being 15 min from the city centre. Just don't stay there if you are planning to go to Frankfurt in times in which the Sbahn does not work - as Offenbach is not officially Frankfurt, it is far. There are a bunch of commerce and restaurants around, but they don't stay open much late.

My only issue is the carpets. The hotel is visually clean, but who still uses carpets in 2023? They are impossible to clean deeply, and people with allergies (me) suffer a lot from them. I could not sleep in the room of how allergic I got, sneazing all the time. For the end of carpets!

Very good accomodation

The room was very big, comfortable and quiet. Good variety of options offered for breakfast. The staff was really nice.

The staff were lovely and the location was good. It was right next to a subway station and a short walk to some lovely restaurants.

The room was big but very basic. There was plenty of space for a comfortable chair. The full length mirror is on the back of a pillar.

Central location , Historic city, explore to find its hidden history of the reformation years.

There are many bakeries and restaurants nearby to have a variety of breakfasts than to stick to a daily one with the same menu.

BAD EXPERIENCE, BED BUGS, DIRTY.

Good location near transport. Staff friendly. Room big.

Bed bugs. Stayed for 5 days, and bitten every day for 4 days, I had 8 bites by the time I left the hotel. At first I thought it was mosquito but I continually got bitten every night, and the bites were red in the centre and flared up quite badly. They turned very red and eventually purple. Took about 2 weeks to heal and turn pink. Staff does not change the sheets at all for three days, because there was a tiny streak of medicine on the sheets and I noticed it was still there every day. I went down in the evening to request a change of sheets and everything and did the bed myself. I changed into long pjs and got less bites. When you get into the room there is a layer of dust on the wooden table. After I left I used hot water to wash all my clothes.

maybe better not save money in this hotel..

actually the location is great and the restaurant under the Hotel serves great food to good prices and the shopping area is very near (around the corner). The staff was nice but was not knowing a lot about distances and restaurants etc..(but was friendly and funny :) )

There was a really really bad smell in the bathroom. On the shelf was a plate with old used knifes (no body was big enough to look there and clean?!), The save was not rebooted when I arrived, the breakfast was just not very nice - ok, all was there but the juice machine did not work etc..
