The room is big and toilet as well and nice view in the restaurant.

Everything was fantastic! Check in with Orhan was great, he was so friendly and welcoming! The room itself was also amazing, very clean and spacious. Dinner at the restaurant as well as breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the service was excellent. At check out Orhan called us a taxi to the airport- it arrived quickly and was a very smooth ride. Overall it was a fantastic experience, 10/10!!

N/A. The whole experience was fantastic. I have absolutely no notes. The room was amazing, the staff was amazing, even the check out was amazing. We absolutely loved this hotel, and we were able to relax and continue our journey well rested and happy.

Close to airport. Big room. Comfortable bed. Easy check in. Only stayed one night for early morning flight. Would stay here again for longer Sarajevo visit.

The room was very clean and daily the clena lady came to make the bed and change the towels if needed. We had everything you need in the bathroom.

We did not like the bed. It was like you are on a trampoline. Once my partner lay down, it was like I was draged into a hole. I asked at the reception if all beds are like that and they said that mostly yes and that they are overbooked at the moment so we can not have another room. The room was also cold. We arrived 30.12 wit minus degrees and the room temp was 20. We put the heating on and as we were not in the room it was not working. The next morning we had 19 degrees in the morning. We asked if something can be done, and they did adjust a bit the heating but it dis take more then 24 hours to have an inpact. We did heat with the hairdryer in bathroom to take a shower. We had breakfast and have to say it was disapointing. When you receive cold eggs, the cooked sausage was also cold and it was in cold water. The coffe, I understand it can not be like in a bar, but I definitely had better coffe in a 2 star hotel in Bosnia and had better breakfast. We were really disappinted in the offer and overall. It is a 4 star hotel and only the staff is 4 star. Everything els need to improve.
