Hotel Radon Plaza was kostet perfectly equipped, clean and at the great location. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.
We have filtered hotels for wellness and spa, unfortunately in time of our stay it was under the renovation, which was not mentioned anywhere. We were really disappointed.

This was possibly the most spacious room we’ve ever had. The employees here are so kind and sweet that you want to hug them. The views are spectacular.
Just a minor thing, but a few more clothes hangers could be added.

The room was very clean and daily the clena lady came to make the bed and change the towels if needed. We had everything you need in the bathroom.
We did not like the bed. It was like you are on a trampoline. Once my partner lay down, it was like I was draged into a hole. I asked at the reception if all beds are like that and they said that mostly yes and that they are overbooked at the moment so we can not have another room.
The room was also cold. We arrived 30.12 wit minus degrees and the room temp was 20. We put the heating on and as we were not in the room it was not working. The next morning we had 19 degrees in the morning. We asked if something can be done, and they did adjust a bit the heating but it dis take more then 24 hours to have an inpact. We did heat with the hairdryer in bathroom to take a shower.
We had breakfast and have to say it was disapointing. When you receive cold eggs, the cooked sausage was also cold and it was in cold water. The coffe, I understand it can not be like in a bar, but I definitely had better coffe in a 2 star hotel in Bosnia and had better breakfast. We were really disappinted in the offer and overall. It is a 4 star hotel and only the staff is 4 star. Everything els need to improve.
