probably the best hotel in Sarajevo - it is new, modern and clean. Very friendly staff. Girls at the reception are smiling all the time and are very helpful. They upgraded our twin bed room to 2 bedroom apartment without asking for upcharge. Just because they wanted us to have more comfortable stay. They prepared for us hot breakfast at 4 am in the morning, because we had a morning flight back home. It has never happened to me before that we got hot breakfast at 4 am, although I travel a lot. We will stay at this hotel every time we are in Sarajevo.
