The hotel advertises 5 star but I would give the room a 5 star as well as the spa . The breakfast had very unhealthy choices and mass produced. Quantity but not quantity. It felt more like a canteen. Common spaces were not up to date. The pools and waterpark are open to the public. Very lazy lifesavers that spent all their time looking at their phones. Wave machine was meant to work every hour. We waited 3 hours and I had to insist on them turning it on. The outside is very unkept. The indoor pools are very full. Jacuzzi is warm. Best part of my holiday was the spa and wellness. Excellent facilities. Very clean. I had the best aroma therapy massage from Leila . Gym is run down with floor boards sinking. I won’t be going back. Families on a budget with little children will enjoy the water park. Cheap and cheerful but not exclusive. This should not be called a five star but a three star hotel.

All the negative comments in google and here are true. Still I booked the hotel because of the location. But I regret. The hotel Maintenance is very bad. Worst 5 star hotel ever.

The hotel looks like it is behind on maintenance. Our room had a door that we had to push to get closed, we let the reception know and it got fixed the same day but still hearing some noise from outside and smells from smoking been thought the room. Balcony door handle was loose also and full of bird droppings. The towles still had some hair left from previous users or from the laundry, so we had to change this. The room it self was spacious and nice but we found a button on the floor in front of sofa and some underwear packages trash left next to the wardrobe. And the toilet seat had very weak water. It took some time to flushing. We told the receptionist but they said it was normal. In the shower still full of moldy. And also breakfast was so chaotic, no hygiene. At Parking was full of trash everywhere. Definitely out of five stars hotel. Would recommend to have room higher than 4th floor because of loud music from party in the ground floor. Btw the staff we met was nice and helpful.
