I have never experienced such kind and attentive staff, and for that reason alone, from now on whenever I travel to Sarajevo I will always book this hotel. They are always willing to help with anything and to answer all questions. Great breakfast too.

The service and staff are excellent, from the reception to the restaurant. All employees are very kind and professional, the best thing about this hotel. Everything is neat and clean.
Choice of food in a la carte menu could be better.

Our room was next to big ventilation system for another hotel and the noise was extreme especially if you opened the windows
