The apartment we had was amazing. Very spacious and well equipped (massage bath and bidet). The bed was extra big and comfortable. The room and the entire hotel were very clean and smell nice. Our room was cleaned by Enisa, who did a great job. The two young people at the reception on the day of our arrival 26/3/26 - a young woman and her male coworker - were both extremely nice and welcoming. People like this should be rewarded because they are the reason this whole experience was pleasant. When it comes to breakfast, it was delicious and rich. This was the cherry on the top! All in all, would recommend 100%.
The sofa bed - not appropriate for sleeping. Not flat (a bump forms at the center) and it’s very hard.

The breakfast was amazing.
I've gotten an upgrade of my room, but it was dirty, the toilet wasn't flushed.
