Lovely hotel, comfortable room, private parking, delicious breakfast, great location

The Breakfast was nice.

Before booking the property i called to the hotel to tell them that it is our wedding anniversary if they could add a note in the room and asked if my room has spa included they told me on the phone YES so i booked the hotel. Once we arrive there, i find out that actually my room doesn’t have spa included, so why they told me on the phone that it is? I asked to speak to the manager, so the owner arrives while my husband and i are chilling by the pool. He comes and tells me i have heard you had problems, so i tell him everything and instead of apologizing he tells me “ well nobody is holding you here, you can leave” super rude and arrogant! Plus i am resting at the pool u dont come to talk to me while i am chilling. Anyway i didnt like the service and the attitude 0 manners and absolutely unprofessional. Also on pictures rooms look 3 times the size in reality they are super tiny.

Corte Gondina is a treasure gem for many reasons: Bruno and his team are lovely, helpful people who are true professionals. The entire hotel is calm and quiet as well as very welcoming and incredibly comfortable. We met many people who had been going there for years, and we don't want the secret to get out about very relaxing and wonderful this place is - but the Corte Gondina team deserves to know that they are appreciated! All the small touches, such as a special welcome plate in the room, fresh fruit by the pool, night time drinks in the courtyard if you wish to have them... it makes all the difference. We loved our room, which was comfortable and had a large space for clothes. The bath products from Grown Alchemist are a great and luxurious addition. Breakfast is full of quality items, and the hazelnut cake was the best I've ever had. The spa space is a definite plus for us, and we would certainly reserve it again when we return. The sauna, hammam and jet pool were perfect to relax on a rainy day. La Morra is a nice town with many wonderful restaurant choices. The location of Corte Gondina - in the town - is very convenient but it remains private and peaceful at the same time. One point that really struck us: the other guests - even with dogs or kids or babies - were all respectful and peaceful, which made the atmosphere really welcoming. Breakfast was directly outside our door and never was there noise or disturbance, even at full capacity. We were grateful to Bruno and his team for helping us reserver endless restaurants and wine tastings, and for their constant good humor. It was a real pleasure to stay in this haven of peace and we are counting the days until we can return! Grazie mille!

Our stay at Corte Gondina was perfect! Common spaces and rooms are very well-kept, with attention to details. Breakfast was very good, including both regional specialties and international food. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Nothing. The only suggestion I have for the property is to consider including a service of wine testing from affiliated producers, since it might be difficult for tourist to find the right one among the numerous ones of the area

Beautyful boutique hotel with nice garden and pool. Tastefully decorated rooms and very good breakfast. A beautyful hideaway with very friendly staff.

The hotel is very nicely located with a lovely garden, small but charming bar and seating place and the hotel staff anf the owner were very friendly

The bathroom was not so comfortable and the shower had a basic curtain that would nod keep the water

Smaakvol ingericht, klassiek boutique hotel, mooie kamer en heerlijk ontbijt buffet. Prachtig zwembad en zeer verzorgde tuin. Personeel is zeer goed en aardig. Heerlijk bed en suite kamer van alle gemakken voorzien.
