I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for two absolutely wonderful days! We truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredible, the location was perfect, and the whole experience had such a warm and special atmosphere. Everything was simply wonderful — thank you so much! ❤️

Loved the location, the beauty of the physical space, the comfort of the room, the views, the gardens and pool area, the breakfast and the staff at the dining area, the friendliness and service of the hostess (Sami...?). The afternoon aperitifs and the "light menu".

Unfortunately, the one thing that spoiled what otherwise would have been a 10 out of 10 was the attitude of one staff member on two occasions: 1. After going to town for a walk, we came back hungry wanting to have lunch at the hotel; we entered by the Cantina thinking that we could eat there but there was a group of tourists that were finishing a wine tasting. This person at the reception of the place looked at us when we walked in as if we were criminals and asked "what do you need?", to which I replied we were guests at the hotel and wanted to have lunch. She replied saying something like "as you can see we are busy here, go straight to the hotel for lunch"...I was like WOW! Then, the following day, after coming back to the hotel around 11:00 p.m., the electronic key was not working so we couldn't open the car gate or the small gate to get inside. We called the hotel number and someone said they would send someone to help, which they did, a very friendly and helpful man arrived, let us in and reprogrammed the room key for us. The following morning, upon checking out, unfortunately the same unfriendly person was at the reception. I mentioned to her the incident that had happened to us the night before and she was completely cold and unsympathetic, almost as if it was our fault. I have to remark that this person's attitude is totally different than that of the rest of the staff that we interacted with (4 in total: Camila at the restaurant during breakfasts, she was amazing; another young woman that assisted her, also very friendly; Sami (?) the first hostess that we met who is super professional, and the young man that helped us getting in and reprogramming the key who came with a friendly attitude despite the late hour. We'll definitely chose this hotel again but especially for the great service that we received from everyone except from the aforementioned lady.

En enastående boende mitt i vinlandskapet. Dansk design möter alplodge mitt i piemonte. Superfint. Modernt och rent med sköna sängar. Servicen var utmärkt och redan första eftermiddagen så fick vi en rundvandring på vingården med vinprovning och hann ta ett dopp i hotellets pool mitt bland vinrankorna. De var oxå väldigt hjälpsamma med både bokning av lokala resturanger i La Morra och leverans av cyklarna vi hyrde. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka. 🇮🇹♥️
