Rocche Costamagna Art Suites

The location of the hotel is close to the main square which enables you to walk around and enjoy this beautiful town. We had a room with a lovely view. If it was spring or summer we definitely would have used the tanning beds to catch some sun! The room itself is rustic but nice and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit outdated but has everything that is needed.

Parking is limited in the area so it's better to park further away and walk to the hotel. Nothing else comes to mind.

This is my second time staying at Rocche Costamagna. The location and room are perfect. The staff is friendly. They assisted us with finding dinner reservations locally and even helped us pivot when restaurants had unexpected closings. And definitely take advantage of the wine tasting.

We loved our room (#4) as it had a huge terrace with lounge chairs directly overlooking the hills of vines. Just stunning views. There was also a balcony off the bedroom as well as the bathroom. The room was immaculate and had lovely hardwood floors, a mini fridge, wine glasses, a king-sized bed and one luggage rack. We enjoyed the free wine tasting and tour while we were there. There was also a wine tasting festival a short walkup the hill while we were there on Sept. 7th. So much fun tasting all the different wines from many local wineries. There is also a gorgeous view overlooking the hills of the vineyards at the top of the hill in the square. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance for dinner and Mange for breakfast . Note that there are many stairs to get up to the rooms. No elevator available. There is parking available in a parking lot nearby. The staff was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and made reservations for us. This was our favorite place to stay during our 3.5 week trip through Italy and France.

Just a suggestion: We would've liked to have had 2 luggage racks in the room so that both of our suitcases were up off the floor.

The room was very spacious and it has a gorgeous balcony with view to the highlands. We saw a very beautiful sunrise there! The room was clean and the hotel is well located in La Morra.

Perfect location in la morra. near the main piazza and shopping, restaurants, bars. Early morning coffee bar across the street. big room and very nice balcony with a view of the hills of barolo and Asti. staff was generally friendly.

the office is open office hours for check in. that means 9am-1pm and 2:30 pm to 6pm. that restricted the times for wine tasting and cantina visit to those hours. Shower was a bit small and curtains not thick to keep out sun in early am. Parking near, not far but with luggage a bit of a hassle up a rather steep 150 yards.

Great complimentary wine tour and tasting. We had a great balcony to enjoy the wonderful views too.

This was our third time at Rocche Costamagna Art Suites, and once again the staff were exceptional, helping us book great local restaurants and showing genuine care when I fell ill. Their kindness made all the difference. We can’t wait to return.

The terrace with a vineyard view and the location were excellent. Friendly staff and really clean room.

Noise of the street at night and the lack of blackout curtains were a little minus but not too bad
