A great little week-end wellness destination, good value!

The breakfast was great , big choice , very fresh.

The evening meals on offer in the restaurant didn't taste good to me , somehow unappetizing . The best thing was the salad bar. This is unfortunate as it makes a the idea of a longer not very likely.

The room was big and clean with a good atmosphere. The wellness are was the highlight of the hotel with a nice view to the forest. Breakfast was also good with a rich amount of variety.

Bathroom was small compared to the size of the room. The service personal did not give us much information about the hotel and how it works.

Gummiunterlage unter dem Bettlaken! Eine weitere Sauna wäre schön und wegen Besucher am Wochenende auch notwendig! Die Speisekarte ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig!

Toller Entspannungsurlaub

Von außen unscheinbar, aber von innen eine Wohlfühloase. Es sind genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir hatten ein großes sauberes Zimmer mit super bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und war stets sauber und frisch. Der Wellnessbereich, bzw. die Wärmewelt, ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Tee und Obst sind dort steht's vorhanden.

Das Restaurant war uns zu teuer. Es war sehr lecker, aber die Portionen waren uns zu klein.

Ontspannen in de Eifel kan hier!

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, ontbijt prima, de kamer groot met een leuk bankje, dat is handig! Super fijn is het zwembad en nog fijner de sauna, rustruimte en het uitzicht. Thee en appeltje erbij (inclusive) en een vuurtje in de rustruimte. Er is elke ochtend een nieuwsupdate in een leuk 'boekje' en lees het hoor! Er is goede wijn.

Locatie is best een tippel vanaf het centrum van Gerolstein, (waar in november overigens niet zoveel te beleven valt). Het hotel heeft een keuze uit hoofdkussens! Dat is goed om te weten want t standaard kussen beviel me niet zo (dat had dus beter gekund). Klein probleempje tijdens diner werd goed opgelost.

Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht

Der Spabereich war wirklich schön, und auch der Frühstücksraum mitsamt des Angebots hat uns ebenso gefallen.

Wir wissen ja alle, dass es Klassenunterschiede in Hotels gibt. Hier wurden sie uns aber vorgeführt.( Es gab die " besseren " Morgenmäntel, mehre Gäste wurden eingecheckt, die Einen bekamen Sekt, die Anderen nicht. ) Teppich im Hotelzimmer, für uns ein no go.

Das Zimmer (53) war direkt über der Eingangstür des Hotels, dementsprechend war es abends ziemlich laut. Es gab auch Sitzmöglichkeiten, wo Menschen geraucht haben, der Rauch zog direkt ins Zimmer und war sehr unangenehm (vorallem mit Kind) Wir waren aber bei 30 grad gezwungen das Fenster offen zu lassen, weil es im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage gab.

Essen nach Karte, bei den Speisen fehlen die Preise. Ungewöhnlich. Bestellung nach Karte möglich. Mängel im Service im Restaurant. Z.B. Bestellung mit aufgetragenem Essen nicht identisch. Nachbesserung ja, aber Qualität dann desolat. Abrechnung voller Preis. Zimmer ausgestattet mit schweren Verdunklungsvorhängen. Bei höheren Temperaturen im Sommer, keine Jalousien, keine Klimaanlage.
