Nice stay on the Eifelsteig.

Kind staff, nicely located on the Eifelsteig, close by restaurants, nice view on the mountain, very comfy bed, big room with balcony. Fun fact: you can fill your waterbottles at the natural spring Hellenbrunen which is a stonesthrow away from the hotel.

The road in front of the hotel is rather busy but with the balcony door closed and the shutters down, it is doable.

Great place to stay in Gerolstein

We had a really great stay here. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was great, lovely more than big enough room with great balcony to sit in the sun and see "Gerolstein" drive by. Great covered parking reserved for hotel gueasts.

Obviously in the centre of Gerolstein it can be a bit noisy with traffic passing by. But at night it was perfectly quiet. Entrance to the hotel is a bit unnoticeable which gives the totally false impression that the hotel is not much.

Clean room, comfy beds, perfect parking

Rooms are roomy and ours had a good sized balcony. All was very clean. Staff assisted us very helpfully when we needed a carton box to send some purchases home that would not have fitted our motorcycle luggage space. Breakfast was good too. Fresh bread, egg service at the table. Gerolstein city center has limited entertainment value but restaurants were easy to find at walking distance. Parking perfect for our motorcycle. All in all a great choice for a short stay!

Komme gerne wieder

Die Lage fast im Zentrum von Gerolstein ist optimal. Die Zimmer sind dank guter Isolierung ruhig und grosszügig. Am Frühstück konnte ich nicht teilnehemen, da ich beruflich sehr früh beim Kunden sein musste. Das Personal hat mir im Kühlschrank freundlicherweise ein Frühstück bereitgestellt, was sehr aufmerksam war.

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Der Service beim Frühstück super nett und angenehm. Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung.

Der automatisierte Check-In ist etwas unpersönlich und mögliche Fragen bleiben unbeantwortet. Selbst im Ibis Budget ist die Rezeption zu den üblichen Zeiten besetzt.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Ich hätte mir fürs Müsli warme Milch gewünscht. Die Lage ist super, Parkplatz direckt am Haus. Freundliches Personal. Komme gerne wieder.

Die Deko im Treppenaufgang könnte mal erneuert werden.

Echt een super goed hotel!

Zeer goed onderhouden hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer. Goed bed. Koffie op de kamer. Je kon 24 uur per dag drinken pakken uit de bar, ook koffie en thee. Even opschrijven en dat werd later verekend .

Het ontbijt was in principe prima, je kon zelfs je eitje kiezen en dat werd dan klaar gemaakt. Maar boter en jam en Chocopasta moest je pakken uit een pot die op de tafel stond bij het brood en dan op je brood smeren. Dat vind ik niet zo hygiënisch . Verder alles top@
