Nice hotel and great location

Comfy beds, nice breakfast and great location. Lots of restaurants close by as well as a mall and the main shopping street. Right next to the train station.

Does not have a gym. Bedrooms are quite small.

Could be better

Location is great, next to the train station where the airport bus stops and many other local busses and trains. Free drinks and snacks at the lobby. Apparently, they allow you to leave your luggage in a storage cabinet.

Oversalted eggs and meat at the breakfast. Some insect running around while you eat. Disgusting coffee at the lobby. Very weak shower. Takes a while to get it warm, and even then you can't wash normally under that rain. A shower head with a hose is required. If you arrive at night, the bell is not working. You have to call local number.

Great Staff

The staff were amazing and helpful. I had to replace my rental car after having paid for parking off-site, and they gave me a new parking pass free of charge. Good choice of food for breakfast. Nice afternoon snacks available for free and great central location.

Bed was a bit small for two adults and the room felt small as well, would recommend booking at least a size up if you're a couple. Shower curtain didn't go all the way to the floor, so there was water splash out onto the carpet.

Loved it! Breakfast is rarely very good in hotels :-)

I think the quality of the breakfast could be better. For example use genuine eggs for the scrambled eggs instead of using pre-maid egg mass. You can tell and it does not taste good. Bake proper sour dough bread yourselves if possible.

Roommvery basic but value for money, staff at reception ok, she was too often absent, staff at breakfast fabulous, Situation….. catastrophe regarding parking, we don’t like it too central, so that was the wrong choice.

Convenient and practical for the traveler.

The design of the room. Good key card and electricity system. Shower and sink separate from toilet works well. Enough lightning and well placed sockets. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, excellent breakfast and pleasant lounge. Location couldn’t be better. Staff very helpful.

The elevator was difficult and was out of order. The quilt cover was heavy. The dark colors and dim lighting along with lack of printed information made it difficult to locate things.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are comfortable and tasteful, the breakfast is lovely (smiley eggs and crispy bacon) and the staff (every one of them) were extremely friendly and helpful - ‘of course’ I was told when commenting how grateful I was for the help I had received - no, nowadays it is not ‘of course’

All the staff were very warm and welcoming - from the front office team (day and night) to the ladies at the restaurant.The rooms are sound- proof, so you don't hear the noise from the road. The hotel is by the city centre and easily accessible to most of the tourist attractions. The breakfast is fantastic - a good range of food. The hotel also provides some snacks in the afternoon. Constant supply of tea and coffee in the lobby.

A great property. Would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

At our initial entrance into the property we were greeted by the friendly Front Desk Staff. She was very welcoming and informed us of the perks included with our stay like the hot beverages, fruits and various snacks located at the lobby area. Our room and the hotel itself had a great deal of history which accounted for many of its architectural features. Breakfast was located at the Wine Cellar. The selection was amazing and the taste was an explosion of flavours that we appreciated and enjoyed. The location was central and we had shops, restaurants and key attractions nearby. Plus, the bed was very comfortable.

To be honest, we actually did not find anything that we found lacking with this property. But, perhaps, the only thing I could mention is the vintage elevator. It basically had a limit of 3 people per ride which could have been an issue if the people traffic was extensive. However, this did not become a problem. Many of the guests, if not all, were very fit and active so many chose to use the stairs! As for the elevator, it was actually quite unique and only added to the personality of the property!

The mattrass was not so confortable for heavy person. The shower curtain stiks to the body and shower was to small.
