Ok stay

The room was not bad and ok for a short stay.

The window was broken and we were afraid that because of the wind it would open, the glass under the mirror was broken as well which looked even a bit dangerous. In general, only the restaurant location downstairs looked fine but the room for this price was supposed to look definitely much better! That is a typical problem in the Netherlands getting more money for less comfort.

The location was fantastic. Close to everything. Close to transport.

We visited to attend a funeral and it was convenient but wouldn't stay again.

The beds were comfy and the welcome upon arrival was good especially as we were delayed.

Issues with the room, handle missing on window so we couldn't close it, glass shelf in bathroom broken and dangerous and bedside lights were lose on the wall and didn't work. Lady checking us out didn't provide a breakdown of charges totalling €60.

Amazing staff, decent food for the price, and cleanliness

The location, the room was clean and tidy, the house keep was very kind

I'll be back, for sure.

It's not a chique or fancy hotel. But it's clean, I had a big bathroom, the bed and cushions were perfect and the staff was great! Nice breakfast with warm freshly baked bread, coffee will be made for you at the bar. It was a very rainy weekend and my friend who stayed at the camping could not sleep, we asked to upgrade my room and it wasn't a problem to get her in for the last night. Thank you for that!

Good location, good price and decent breakfast

Curtains in room too short, not a lot of privacy when curtains open in room # 30 , people smoking at emergency exit . Dirty carpets in staircase and some staff members seem not to be interested in guests.

the whole stay was excellent, room was good, breakfast great .helmond was a very nice to be in.

i found the bed a little too low and the matress a bit too soft for me, but otherwise great room

Good location

I booked a "deluxe room", which didn't fit any of my expectations: the room was quite small, furniture very worn out, the bed rather narrow and not very comfortable, and there were holes in the wall and cracks in the bathroom tiles. A hair dryer was completely missing. Overall, very little value for money.

I was able to check in early which was really helpful. We were able to store our bikes inside overnight which was really helpful.

A very enjoyable few days in a comfortable and friendly hotel in the middle of the city.

The staff were as cheerful and helpful as anyone could have expected. The breakfast was good.

Location, ambiance, pleasant room deco and furniture, staff, perfectly boiled egg for breakfast, fresh croissants, comfy bed, wall sockets easy to reach.

Bedlight was incredibly overly bright, I was wide awake after a midnight bathroom visit. Sewage smell at entrance due to infrequent use of sinks and shower. This could have been easily fixed prior to my arrival: Smell disappeared slowly after running all the taps for 5 mins, next day it was gone. Room was spotless clean but not used very often I think. Very thin walls between rooms.

The decoration was good, with lovely oil paintings on the wall. Affordable price. Friendly staff.

The bedroom and bathroom were tiny. The rubbish bin haven't been emptied. A strong smell of cigarette made me really uncomfy.

Great location. Lovely food an drink. Just the noisy church bells haha. Pleasant professional staff. Have stayed in this hotel numerous times.

The bells from the church are great if you are not trying to sleep.
