Very nice hotel would stay again.

The property is conveniently placed for travellers, we were passing through and only staying one night. The Deluxe rooms are luxuriously furnished and spacious, the junior suite is spacious with a mezzanine floor as bedroom and at first sight is quite eye catching. There is a restaurant and bar.

Our daughter and granddaughter stayed in the Deluxe room which was lovely, we had the Junior Suite. I felt that the lower level is, although spacious, not so inviting with a hard wood floor, tv and two chairs and the bathroom is also on the lower level. There is a narrow wooden staircase to the mezzanine floor/bedroom which if you want the bathroom in the middle of the night, could be quite precarious. Overall the Deluxe room is a much better option in all respects.

Great hotel and perfect location.

Breakfast was really good and a large assortiment. Room was big enough (suite) and quite clean. not all the jets worked in the jacuzzi, but not a problem. For the rest a great stay.

That the room was maybe preheated when we arrived.

Clean room, good food but disappointed with value for money

Dinner was good in the restaurant. Room layout was good. Clean and very presentable

The cost of the room expected but to charge 18.50 each for breakfast, no water in the room, charge to park my car, no additional pillows for the bed, and little available choice of tea in the room or any biscuits or snacks. Given the room cost surely these little addions would add to the value and not make your guests pay extra for everything.

Good stay for Jera on Air visitors

Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean room. Parking is expensive but convenient . Good location if you are visiting Jera on Air, not too far of a drive.

A/C could have been better, it blew air and only cooled the room minimally. The sink and bathtub drained extremely slowly. It got a little better on Friday (we arrived Thursday) evening onward.

A lighter and brighter interior would do well.

The location is excellent.

The reception and room are too dark. This was not only a matter of lighting but more so a matter of color choices if the materials. The lobby was a bit messy.

Lack of sleep, slow bar service, poor quality of breakfast

Nice rooms and decor throughout hotel

Really slow bar service. No idea it was Kings day so no sleep on the Friday which was very unpleasant and made us really tired for the event we were attending . Hotel should have warned us when we booked. Breakfast was really poor quality and choice

Very comfortable and relaxing stay

Decent-sized room with comfortable beds. The onsite restaurant is nice although it's easy to find other locations in the town center.

Breakfast is a little expensive for what is offered. On-site car park can get full at times.

Excellent Location, relaxing atmosphere

Location is very nice, in front of fountains and park, castle. Many eat-outs available around. Excellent breakfast in hotel. The room was spacious, clean and all facilities.

The room accommodation was excellent and also breakfast was nicely organized with a broad choice of fresh ingredients. Service and staff were always friendly and attentive. the hotel is also situated in a quiet and nice neighborhood of Helmond.

The room and accommodation were excellent, only this time my room was situated on the 5th floor at the front side of the hotel where there is a road bridge crossing the river. After 5:00 AM the road traffic started and the traffic noise intensified to a level that kept me from sleeping any longer. Next time I certainly will ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

Location, location and water pressure!!

The fact that I was promised the best room, last time I stayed there; reminded staff prior to arrival in questionaire, and did not get it. Also, the room needs some USB outlets. Had to spread my chargers around
