The location and staff were nice, but the poor heating, noisy walls, and uncomfortable bathroom made the stay disappoint

Location was good, staff was friendly.

We had to pay for the parking garage, but later we noticed that parking nearby was free. The heating system didn’t work properly, and the shower had no door, so the bathroom floor got quite wet. Also, the room walls didn’t seem very soundproof, as we could often hear other guests talking.

I ordered and paid for a tooth brush through their QR code but it was never delivered. The (lack of) cleanliness has become a serious issue. The room was very warm. One lift was out of order.

Perfect for 3 nights at Helmond

View from the hotelroom, spacious room, didnt spend much time at the hotel itself as I met-up with friends in Helmond but seems to be a really nice place

Disappointing

The hotel lobby is spacious

All facilities were downgraded so that the hotel could sell you an add-on that normally is included in other hotels for free. For example, staff member told me the gym was 24/7, I come to the gym and I seen you have to extra pay extra between certain hours. We were given 1 stir stick and 1 creamer, to share teas and coffee weren’t topped up on our second day of our stay. The elevators were slow to arrive to your floor. The mattress was split in two, which was an inconvenience sleeping as a couple. My mattress actually slid of the bed in my sleep. I looked for an iron and iron board in the hotel room, I had to get it down stairs from the reception, another inconvenience. Once started ironing it stained my wedding clothes. This happened because there was blue tack stuck of the iron. I was excited to stay at a Fletcher hotel because of the good name they have in the Netherlands. I usually don’t leave reviews but felt like this had to be said that it’s actually not that great and their offering is actually below of what you expect from an hotel.

Comfortable, but could be better

Bed was comfortable. Additional sauna was very good.

Very strange solving question with toilet and shower doors. There were no ventilation in toilet. All bad smells from toilet comes to room. Breakfast vegetables were strange, not the best taste.

The position was excellent.

The restaurant and bar facilities were excellent. The wellness centre massage was very good.

The bed was too soft and the pillows were also too soft. The towels were much too small and there were no face washers. It was impossible to have a shower without water escaping onto most of the bathroom floor. No shampoo or conditioner.

No air con in the rooms, avoid during warm season

A typical hotel, nothing special

There is no air conditioning in the rooms and the room I stayed in had panoramic windows. Which meant that on a sunny day it was terribly hot in the room. I could not do anything about it so I called reception. They said they could not do anything other than set the temperature of their “internal climate system” lower and advised me to “open the windows”. Obviously, it only took the night to cool the room to decent temperature. and it was still April, imagine what a nightmare it would have been in July. So unless you like staying in a sauna, choose a different hotel with good old air conditioning. Staff was ambivalent about it and did not even apologise for the inconvenience

- Location is okay - Nice view from the room -

- The pool is a nudist pool, nobody told us that, and it's not written anywhere. On top of having to pay to go there (17e50 per day) you must be naked - The lady at the desk took 4 phone calls instead of checking us in. The perfect way to make people feel unwelcomed. - Unsecured paid parking for the hotel guests when it's free for restaurant or wellness center clients - Room soundproofing is non existent, we could her the man next room snoring like a truck and the people in the other room having a loud discussion at 2am - Room cannot be locked

Great for a few nights

Waterboiler in the room, breakfast was very good, parking underground. Overall, the room was very clean and spacious.

The shower had moist. The toiletpaper hanger was loose. Some tiles in the bathroom were broken. Swimmingpool for spa only.

Very bad. Worst hotel I have ever been, never felt so unwelcome. And I have visited hundreds hotels.

Reception staff was friendly but they were an exception

No swimming pool, do not advertise with pictures if the pool is solely for paid wellness (above 16). Very unfriendly staff in evening at the kitchen. No service, not felt welcome. They rather do not have guests seems like it. Rather not work. Mission accomplished; this family will never visit a fletcher again. Pay almost 30 euro for a simple game. Bad beds, way too soft. Noisy outside. So much more that was bac, bad managed..done with writing about it. Will never come again.

Good hotel with ample room

Giant bathroom, nice big windows with a great view.

I hate flimsy paper cups with the tea/coffee maker. Why is ist so difficult to have proper cups, as well as being more environmentally friendly? Beds were too soft for our liking.
