The staff were exceptional, particularly with our children aged 1 and 3.
The only tiny improvement I can think of would be to put a dividing wall in the family suite so the room is more useable after the kids have gone to bed. The room was otherwise great though.

The buffet breakfast was exceptional! There was always a great assortment of fruits, vegetables, cerals, pastries, drinks, and more. The service is friendly, accommodating, exceptionally kind, and relaxing. The location is convenient for wine tasting tours and very good restaurants. The dinner at the hotel is excellent and not to be missed.
I have no suggestions for improvement. Everything was exceptional.

We love this property! This is our second time back. The staff is the same as our first visit five years ago and this speaks to the quality of this establishment. The rooms are all clean, comfortable and well designed but the excellent staff really make one’s stay memorable and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious as is the dinner. We love the option of staying in for dinner so as to avoid driving at night. The hotel is also in an excellent location for exploring Piemonte and the staff have excellent recommendations should you need them!

Everything about this place was refined and elegant yet informal and relaxing. The staff were attentive and friendly and very accommodating of all our requests. The pool was beautiful with amazing views over the Langhe and the sauna and plunge pool were fabulous. Incredible variety at breakfast- one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever enjoyed. The fruit was fresh and varied, the pastries delicious and there three different grades of real maple syrup for pancakes or porridge. Great juices and coffee too. We had dinner two nights which was also delicious with great examples of typical Piedmontese dishes such as Vitello tonnato. La Morra is an easy 10 minute stroll away. Highly, highly recommend.
For the family suite a better separation of the sofa bed for. little more privacy would have been good.
