Clean and cosy.

Difficult to locate. I had to ask a neighbour to find where it was. And the hot water was a bit sporadic.

Excellent location, very good value for money compared to the similarly priced rentals in the local area.

Noise from the heat pump located just outside the property was a bit intrusive. Key collection arrangements could be better - a landline phone number is given to make arrangements with the owner and this process was a bit frustrating as it took quite a few attempts over a period of nearly a week to get through.

Well appointed throughout

The ecological commitment of the owner to protect and respect nature (with airsource heating, rather than a gas boiler), views of the sea from the bed, well equipped, comfortable and relaxing. Peaceful, rural, quiet. Excellent base for walking and hiking along the coast. Nice outdoor garden area including patio for sitting out. Felt like staying at an artists retreat.

It was very personally decorated, making it feel like you were staying in someones house... a nice house, but a little cluttered. Bathroom could do with some updating and some new towels. No Wifi, which is almost an essential these days...
