The location was superb, the apartment attention to detail was 100%. The views from the lounge and the bedroom fabulous. Private underground car space, required due to the seagulls !!!!!

Appartement bien équipé, décoré avec goût. La vue est magnifique. Très calme. Une seule envie : revenir aux beaux jours.

A l'arrivée on se demande si l'adresse est correcte car c'est un ensemble d'immeubles dont certains sont en démolition. En pénétrant sur la zone, il faut partir sur la droite en direction de la barre d'immeubles marrons et blancs.

Perfektes Appartement in einer schrecklichen Stadt

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern und praktikabel eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist der absolute Hit: phänomenale Aussicht und Platz für einen Liege- und einen Essbereich. Beides haben wir ausgiebig benutzt und genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ein paar Schritte übers Gelände und man hat einen privaten Strandzugang. Nach links ist es die reine Freude (Natur ohne Ende, Robben auf den Sandbänken und bei Ebbe unendliche Weiten) - der Strand rechts direkt an der Promenade war aber extrem voll! (siehe unten). Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz war toll - man hätte nämlich sonst niemals einen Parkplatz bekommen! Check-in und -out haben problemlos und unkompliziert funktioniert. Meine folgenden negativen Kommentare haben absolut nichts mit dem Appartement selbst zu tun. Es geht nur um die Anlage und den Ort.

Die gesamte Appartement-Anlage fanden wir sehr hässlich (wenn man drinnen ist, sieht man es ja Gott sei Dank nicht!). Das Haus erinnert von Außen an einen DDR-Plattenbau. Auch rundherum ist alles verfallen, zubetoniert oder noch Baustelle. Insgesamt (das hat aber nichts mit der Unterkunft selbst zu tun) fanden wir den Ort Berck sur mer sehr enttäuschend. Es gibt so unglaublich viele schreckliche und verfallene Ecken. Und es war im August völlig überlaufen. An der Fritterie stehen Schlangen und man muss teilweise 40-50min. auf eine Pommes warten, in den Restaurants bekommt man nur mit Glück einen Platz und wartet auch da Ewigkeiten, an mehreren Abenden und Tagen gab es Veranstaltungen (Konzerte, Nachtmarkt, Feuerwerk, Kirmes etc.) und es war in der Stadt das reinste Chaos. Vom Balkon aus haben wir teilweise bis sehr spät nachts die Verkehrsstauungen und Menschenmassen beobachten können. Auch der Hauptstrand war ab mittags völlig überfüllt und immer und überall war Geschrei, Krach und Lärm. Am Markttag schoben sich die Menschen durch die Straßen und man kam kaum voran. Wir kennen andere Orte an der Opalküste (z.B. Wimereux oder Le Touquet-Paris-Plage), die wir architektonisch wesentlich schöner und auch in den Sommermonaten entspannter erlebt haben. Wer Trubel, Animation, Menschenmassen und Action sucht, ist in diesem Ort sicher richtig. Uns hat es leider nicht so gut gefallen. Das selbe Appartement in einem etwas hübscheren und ruhigeren Ort wäre perfekt gewesen.

Zeer fijn en compleet appartement op een prachtlocatie!

Een ruim en zeer goed ingericht appartement op een prachtlocatie. Alles was aanwezig, zelfs een wasmachine. Het nespresso-apparaat was ook erg fijn. Het bed was ruim. Er was een grote badkamer en een apart ruim toilet. Het appartementencomplex was rolstoeltoegankelijk. 's Nachts was het stil.

De douche had een wat kleine straal en werd wat lastig warm. Zelfs voor iemand met lange benen was het toilet wat hoog.

Je rejoins totalement les différents avis en confirmant que cet appartement est vraiment super en étant idéalement situé (proche des commerces), très propre, très fonctionnel. Vous trouverez tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour que ce soit au niveau de la vaisselle, de l'électroménager, très bonne literie... Rien ne manque et très bien pensé. L'environnement est très calme. Grand balcon avec 2 transats, 1 table et 4 chaises. Évidemment, la vue est magnifique. Profitez des superbes couchers de soleil. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Très bon séjour dans cette ville de Berck, un peu méconnue, qui mérite vraiment de s’y intéresser.

Magnifique vue mer et nature sans aucune entrave, ni route, ni perturbation. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir contempler de beaux couchers de soleil dans le silence. La décoration simple mais très bien pensée et le tout confort de l’appartement sont parfaits.

Très bon séjour.

Emplacement excellent face à la belle plage de Berck. Idéal pour suivre le festival de cerfs volants. Tout est immédiatement accessible à pied (plage, centre ville, promenades). Appartement lumineux avec grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la mer. Propre et bien équipé.

Nous n'avons vu personne, ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Entrer est un peu un parcours du combattant : code pour portail d'enceinte puis pour entrer dans immeuble. Puis pour ouvrir keybox. Puis pour couper alarme. Dans le garage, rien ne signale le bon ascenseur... Tout est froid et impersonnel.
