La vue directe sur la plage et la mer, la disponibilité du propriétaire et sa gentillesse, la mise à disposition d’un emplacement de parking est un atout dans une ville où tout le stationnement est payant
Malgré l’excellente situation de l’appartement, celui-ci était dans un état de saleté très avancé (four gras, moisissure dans les pièces d’eau, poussières, toiles d’araignées, mouches, volet cassé …). Pour le prix demandé, on espérait mieux de ce côté-là. C’est vraiment dommage car cet appartement pourrait être un véritable petit havre de paix
