About this house rental
Berck-plage rental of a large house (7 bedrooms / 14 people) in the city center, rue de l'impératrice, located 700m from the beach, 200m from a supermarket and 400m from the shopping street (rue Carnot).
240 m2 of living space
IN SEASON (summer school holidays, Easter holidays, kites): weekly rental only.
OUT SEASON: rental for 3 nights minimum OR weekend (2 nights: arrival on Friday, departure on Sunday).
-Large equipped kitchen + living room: 50 m2
-TV lounge
-7 bedrooms of 14 m2 on average each (140x200 beds).
-New bedding Oct 2024: Each bedroom has a desk and a large wardrobe.
-2 bathrooms (with showers)
-4 toilets
-Washing machine, 2 fridge-freezers, dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, FILTER coffee maker and Nespresso machine, ceramic hob.
-Garden (in front of the house) fully enclosed, garden furniture, barbecue.
-INTERNET/WIFI optional at a rate of 5€ per week or 5€ for any stay of less than one week. Payable on arrival.
-Cleaning is included in the price
-Possibility on additional request to have a package: beds made on arrival
-Duvets and pillows provided:
- duvet covers, fitted sheets 140x200 and pillowcases to be provided
-Towels and dish towels not provided
-POSSIBILITYonly on request: that the beds are made on your arrival and towels provided

OPTIONAL: The house has at the back a fully equipped maisonette (last photo of the album) with enclosed garden, on the first floor, of 40 m2 that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. The maisonette can be totally independent (especially its entrance which can be done by another street). It includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom (bed 160x200), a sofa bed (140X200) in the living room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The additional rental of this maisonette allows you to benefit from a front and rear garden for the large house + maisonette set.

Pleasant, clean, spacious and practical house with all the attibutes. It was nice that all beds were already made upon arrival. In addition we got some welcome presents for the kids. The owner is easily approachable. On walking distance from the beach. Great location for exploring the "Somme Valley". Sometimes it was somewhat difficult to find nearby a free parking space.We had a fantastic stay !

this is a very good holiday rental that is ideal for large families or groups to stay together.
The house is 15 minutes walk from the beach and only five minutes walk from the supermarket.
There are plenty of rooms and the host has supplied a very good range of cooking equipment, crockery et cetera .
There is free parking outside the property but as it is so close to town, it is a lottery to get a space.
Just be aware that bedlinen is an extra €10 per room on top of the quoted price.
I would recommend this house to friends and I would stay there again.
