About this house rental

Rental Berck-Plage of a small house of 40 m2 on the first floor, with private enclosed garden in the city center, rue MICHAUD, located 700 m from the beach, 200 m from a supermarket and 400 m from the shopping street (rue Carnot). For 2 adults and 2 children maximum.pet allowed. Possibility to park a car in the driveway.

IN SEASON (summer school holidays, Easter holidays, kites): weekly rental only.
OUT SEASON: rental for 3 nights minimum OR weekend (2 nights: arrival on Friday, departure on Sunday)

-Equipped kitchen open to the living room: 21 m2. The living room has a sofa bed 140x190 (for 2 children)
-TV, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, ceramic hob.
- 1 separate bedroom of 13 m2 with a 160x200 bed, large wardrobe and desk
-1 bathroom with shower
-1 separate toilet.
- 1 fully enclosed garden with garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue.

- towels, dish towels and fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are not provided

-OPTIONAL: internet/wifi at a rate of 5€ per week or 5€ for any stay of less than one week. Payable on arrival.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour à Berck chez Arnaud.Accueil formidable.Je pense que le contact etait bon.Premiere semaine ensoleillée mais la deuxieme on supportait un gros pull et cache-nez mais Arnaud n'y pouvait rien.
