It is on the first floor of a building steeped in history formerly boarding house that this comfortable apartment, perfectly equipped and decorated with taste will welcome you. Its many windows open onto the Notre Dame des Sables Church listed in the inventory of historical monuments and its neighboring villas listed in the inventory of French seaside heritage.
Its Nordic-inspired furniture will allow you to enjoy in all seasons the charms of the Côte d'Opale and the beautiful sandy beach of Berck-sur-Mer.
The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the beach, the promenade and shops and different Berckois hospitals. A few blocks away, a small supermarket remains open until 21H. Every Wednesday and Sunday you can enjoy the traditional market at the foot of the Church.
The contemporary kitchen equipped with new appliances (integrated fridge-freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso ...), opens onto the large living room.
The flat screen attached to the wall will be oriented to your wishes side living room or dining room.
A sleeping area equipped with 3 bunk beds each with lighting, a power socket and a USB socket ... isolates itself elegantly from the living room thanks to the Japanese blackout blinds. It becomes a nest cozy but not suffocating because has its own window.
The sofa can also be converted for the night into a comfortable bed 140 (quality bedding daily).
The room is equipped with a new high quality memory bedding and a desk, a very spacious dressing room and a large mirror. The linen is provided and the bed made.
The bathroom has a tub used in shower and storage furniture. The towels are provided.
Many storage spaces are available to tenants in the room, the hall, the kitchen and the bathroom.
