The location of the Villa Sian in the most sought after area of Sitges, Vallpineda, provides easy access to a tennis/sports club with several tennis and padel courts, the sports club bar/restaurant and a large swimming pool with garden. The estate has 24 hour security supervision making it a very safe environment for guests.

Villa Sian was lovely for our party of 6 adults. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. Outside by the pool and dining/BBQ area also worked well. The beds in all 3 main bedrooms were very comfy. We all thought the villa was suitable for 6 rather than 8. Minor issues were shower in bedroom 4 wasn’t consistently hot but Utopia Villas came quickly to try to improve it. A pool clean for a 2 week stay would have been expected but was absent. Parking outside is fine. Sitges was beautiful & easy 1 hour train to Barcelona. There was some confusion on check in with Utopia villas as they wanted a damage deposit despite us already paying a damage insurance with Vrbo which UV was not aware of but in the end after some discussion UV damage deposit was waived. The contracts need to be clearer to client and both companies.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and it had everything we needed. We were a large party but it never felt crowed even when we were all in the pool.
The local bars and restaurants were also good and reasonably priced. Taxis and buses are available but a car is desirable as it is quite a way from Sitges especially in the heat. We would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our vacations in this beautiful villa in a good neighbourhood. Our hosts, utopia villas did a very good job, they catered for our needs. Close to Sitges, but you need a car.
Maybe we come again next year...😁
