Betty Cake House & Pool

The place overall was great. Staff great, an enjoyable stay.

Parking was not so good but I guess it's the same everywhere.

Everything, this place is it's own little paradise. Denise and her team are wonderful, they can not do enough to help you. The breakfast is incredible, the best cake we have ever eaten and with only 4 rooms in the property we had the pool entirely to ourselves most days. It's within walking distance to the local square with loads of lovely restaurants and 30 minute walk to Hondoq beach where you can jump off rocks into beautiful turquoise sea or just go for a swim from the pebbled beach. The beach also has a restaurant that does amazing fish and loads of options to go over to Comino and the blue lagoon to suit every budget. We would come back to Betty's cake in a heartbeat, the rooms are beautiful with massive beds and stay cool all night. We had such a wonderful stay.

Lots of local building work in the town dur to development so can be slightly noisy but we slept soundly every night and would never put us off.

My husband and I loved our 3 nights stay at this charming traditional farmhouse. 😍 The communication with the lovely owner Denise was great before the arrival and during our stay. She was very accommodating as we arrived well before the check in time and so were able to leave our luggage at the place and be free to start exploring the area. And the same on the departure day. Very grateful for that. 🙏💚 Our bedroom (no. 2, overlooking the pool) was so nice, with a comfortable bed and a selection of different firmness pillows, a lovely sofa and couple of chairs to sit on. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Bottles of water were available to buy for a small amount which was so convenient. ☺️ Denise recommended us a wonderful coastal walk which we greatly enjoyed. And we also enjoyed some lovely chats with her and her helper Steph during our stay. ☺️ We would definitely return here and would stay for longer. ☺️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💚
