The location was very central. It was an easy walk to museums, attractions and the Citadel. The communication with them was excellent. They sent a comprehensive email with the check in code, where to ask for help (the lobby restaurant serves as the front desk).
The breakfast was a highlight, which we expected based on the reviews we read. Full English breakfast and pastries from the hotel's kitchen. Yum!
I made an error on my booking (booked May instead of March) and they were very helpful (as was booking.com) in getting it corrected.
We were concerned that our room and balcony were very close to the bus station but there was not a noise issue at all as the station was quiet at night and the windows thick. The room is small but efficient with everything we needed.

The style of the room. The lovely bathroom. The very comfortable bed.
The room was on the first floor with the restaurant terrace just underneath, so I had to close the curtains for privacy.
