Kind host, great views and the most equipped accommodation I've ever been in.

I loved Zana's apartment. It exceeded my expectations. I particularly liked how equipped it was - if you need to wash clothes, there's a washing machine; dishes - dishwasher; cooking/roasting/baking - covered. The fridge with a freezer was also great (including an ice cube tray which we extensively made use of). The living room features an AC which was of great help during temps of 33C outside, a very comfortable couch and a nicely sized TV. As mentioned by other reviews, there is a big balcony which looks over the old town and lends itself to great views and sunsets. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment and gets a bit warmer in the summer. However, there was a fan to keep us cool during the night in the bed (which was quite comfortable). The location of the apartment was also great: within 5mins, you're in the old town for a stroll or a farmer's market with fresh produce. Kolovare beach is 20 mins walking from the apartment and was also great since it was accessible for people with disabilities. There's a variety of shops nearby to get groceries or fresh bread from the bakery. There is a bus stop and taxis right in front of the building in case you want to go anywhere further. Most of all, Zadar people are very nice and kind. This includes Zana who made sure that we felt welcome and offered assistance in case anything was missing in the apartment. I know where to go next time I'm in Zadar!

As mentioned by other reviews, it would be nice to have an AC in the bedroom. However, as I said, there was a fan which ensured good sleep regardless.

Comfort and beautiful views

This apartment is much nicer than it looks in the photos. There is a beautiful view of the sea and the old town from the bedroom, kitchen, and living room so you can enjoy the location even while relaxing in the apartment. You get amazing sunsets every evening. There is a balcony running the length of the apartment. It is nice that the bedroom and living room are at opposite ends of the apartment so one person can nap without being disturbed if they other is still awake. The apartment is well equipped for longer stays. The bed is large and comfortable and the living room furniture is comfortable as well. The internet is excellent so you can get work done if you need. The apartment is a short walk from the old town and from Kolvare Beach. There is a supermarket right next to the building and another just around the corner. There are two elevators in the building so you do not have to carry heavy bags or shopping up steps. The hosts are easy to get in contact with and very helpful. Thanks for collecting us from the bus!

The owner said there are many parking spots and we can park anywhere, the next morning they picked up the car and changed us 300Kuna. There were several cars parked literally everywhere, but only our car was taken. So thank you for an "amazing" experience and for the insights.

Perfect choice!

The apartment is just amazing! Perfect location: you just cross the bridge and you're in the old city centre, however you can sleep well and quietly since is not in the crowded part of the city. The view from the balcony is just awesome. Air conditioning available (totally necessary in summer), very good cleaning. Definitely rcommended!

Amazing location and great view.

location was amazing, view was 360 degrees from the balcony, which was full length of property. Able to see sunset to right side of balcony which was a gorgeous sight. Apartment has all that was needed in a property. The apartment is on floor 10 but had a bonus of two lifts all in good working order. On leaving we placed the key in post box on ground floor.

Although you had 360 degree view from balcony, in the middle of the view you look at a high rise building blocking that 360 degree view, but still amazing. Wifi only works in living room. There was only one pillow each on the bed and those were feather, not good if you have an allergy to feathers, which I have mild allergy, no option to have another pillow. Under the bed hadn't been cleaned for a while, a lot of dust and hair. There was a 2nd bedroom but felt that we were invading the owners private space as it had personal item in there as well as wardrobe in hall, clothe items were still hanging in there.

Superb

The apartment is nice and spacious with a great view, even though there is a building right in front which covers some part of the old city. Everything else is good.

There was no wifi. The owner did her best to find a solution and provide wifi over another mobile phone. I really needed it since I was there for business. At the end it turn out perfectly well.

Okay

The appart is located in a very old building, strange entrance, I felt unsafe. I asked for a bill, the owner said that she will provide it but in fact she never did. A lot of noise coming from the other appartements, I do not mention the elevator... an old, unsafe, strange noise making one. Also, the panorama is in fact covered by the building in front of the appart :) the pictures from booking do not show the reality. I would recommend to try finding another place to stay.

Obiekt super pod każdym względem. Apartament bardzo czysty i zadbany. Duża przestrzeń, szybki internet oraz wspaniały widok! Śniadania o poranku z balkonu to niezapomniany widok.

Jedyna rzecz, które brakuje to klimatyzacja w sypialni. Jest jedna klimatyzacja, ale w salonie, w sypialni jest tylko wiatrak, który jednak w sezonie nie całkiem spełnia oczekiwania.
