Panorama Apartment

I loved Zana's apartment. It exceeded my expectations. I particularly liked how equipped it was - if you need to wash clothes, there's a washing machine; dishes - dishwasher; cooking/roasting/baking - covered. The fridge with a freezer was also great (including an ice cube tray which we extensively made use of). The living room features an AC which was of great help during temps of 33C outside, a very comfortable couch and a nicely sized TV. As mentioned by other reviews, there is a big balcony which looks over the old town and lends itself to great views and sunsets. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment and gets a bit warmer in the summer. However, there was a fan to keep us cool during the night in the bed (which was quite comfortable). The location of the apartment was also great: within 5mins, you're in the old town for a stroll or a farmer's market with fresh produce. Kolovare beach is 20 mins walking from the apartment and was also great since it was accessible for people with disabilities. There's a variety of shops nearby to get groceries or fresh bread from the bakery. There is a bus stop and taxis right in front of the building in case you want to go anywhere further. Most of all, Zadar people are very nice and kind. This includes Zana who made sure that we felt welcome and offered assistance in case anything was missing in the apartment. I know where to go next time I'm in Zadar!

As mentioned by other reviews, it would be nice to have an AC in the bedroom. However, as I said, there was a fan which ensured good sleep regardless.

Super accommodatie! Dicht bij t centrum. Alles was te voet goed te doen! Geweldig uitzicht.

Property was in a good location and had all the facilities we needed. Great views from the balcony.

The appart is located in a very old building, strange entrance, I felt unsafe. I asked for a bill, the owner said that she will provide it but in fact she never did. A lot of noise coming from the other appartements, I do not mention the elevator... an old, unsafe, strange noise making one. Also, the panorama is in fact covered by the building in front of the appart :) the pictures from booking do not show the reality. I would recommend to try finding another place to stay.
