Lovely building in a lovely village. Extremely friendly staff and all in all we had a great break. This the second time I have been - once for work which led to me coming back for a repeat visit. We hope to come back!!
If you remember it is a guest house and not a 24 hour a day hotel then you can’t go wrong.

Central to Woodhall Spa. Easy walking distance to shops cafes and restaurants. Very friendly and welcoming host. Clean.
Room was cold when we arrived, however heater worked well when turned on. Breakfast was ok but felt there was an oily smell that lingered.
