Отличные завтраки, красивая территория, заселялись глубокой ночью - проблем не возникло. Хорошее расположение, все в пешей доступности

Один жирный минус - мы заселились в отель в пятом часу утра, на улице было +8 градусов, но окно в нашем номере было открыто нараспашку. Было жутко холодно, за день номер не прогрелся, две ночи мы мерзли

The staff was really nice, and the restaurant served great food.

There was a bit of smell in the room and bathroom initially. We had to let that out the window for a couple of minutes first.

Celý objekt je velmi zajímavě řešen. Je umístěn velmi blízko centra a jeho nejzajímavějších památek. Snídaně byla průměrná. Lepší byla večeře. Servírka byla velmi milá.

Objednala jsem dvoulůžkový pokoj s oddělenými postelemi, ale dostali jsme pokoj s manželskou postelí. Když jsem šla pokoj reklamovat, dozvěděla jsem se že jiný pokoj volný není, ačkoliv jsem měla rezervaci pokoje s oddělenými postelemi potvrzenou. Údajně se tak stalo proto, že si hosté prodloužili pobyt v pokoji, který jsem zarezervovala. Obsluha mě odbyla s tím, že nám dali pokoj v lepší části hotelu bez příplatku. O ubytování v části hotelu s vyšším standardem jsem nestála, stála jsem o pokoj se dvěmi oddělenými postelemi. Vadí mi, že nás nikdo předem neinformoval o změně pokoje.

It’s close to the airport and since it’s outside of yerewan good to park with the car. They have a restaurant but unfortunately it was not open.

We arrived at 5pm in the afternoon and our room was not ready even though the check-in can be at 2pm. The staff didn’t speak/ or barely English. They told us that we have to wait one hour for the room and gave us a drink and cake while waiting. The cake was super stale and old, because you couldn’t even cut it with a fork. When we got the room, the bathroom smelled fishy. And after a closer look, we saw it was not properly cleaned. Also the bed sheets had stains. The description said it has a fridge, TV, tea cooker but it was outside the room in a common area- so not private. Not all power outlets work. In the morning we had breakfast- the breakfast was small and the bread again old- when I asked them to change the bread. The firstly said they didn’t speak English, then after translating the brought different bread out but again old/dry/hard . We left disappointed.
