Чистый, хороший номер, обалденный сад с деревьями, разнообразный завтрак каждый день (скромнее чем обычно в отелях, что логично для гест-хауса, но всё равно очень вкусно), тихая территория. Очень приятные люди! Однозначно рекомендую
Находится в 10-15 минутах ходьбы от метро Дружба. До центра 1-2 станции в зависимости от точки назначения. Если хочется сэкономить на такси, хотя оно в городе и так дёшевое
Нам позволили заселиться раньше, хотя я уточняла только, можно ли оставить вещи! Спасибо большое ☺️

民宿的房间虽然不大，不过有漂亮的院子，能在院子里享受早餐和下午茶。有厨房，冰箱，微波炉，房间很干净。
民宿坐公共交通很方便，12分钟到地铁站，6分钟打车可以到bus总站（来回格鲁吉亚第比利斯）
民宿的老板Davit非常热于助人，知道我们早上赶bus，提前为我们准备了早餐。
这家的早餐每天有惊喜，好看又好吃，太感谢了。

Нам очень понравилось проживание в этом гостевом доме. Здесь очень тёплая и по-настоящему семейная атмосфера. Хозяин Самвэл, его жена и сын — очень добрые, внимательные и гостеприимные люди. Всегда помогали, подсказывали и относились к нам с большой заботой. В доме чисто, уютно и спокойно. Спасибо вам большое за такое прекрасное гостеприимство! Мы остались очень довольны и будем вспоминать вас с теплом.

Good and safe location, near supermarkets & bakeries.
Very easy access to the citycenter and all the tourist attractions of Erevan.
Nice, simple and nourishing breakfast.( very, very tasty homemade cakes :):):) )
The host was very helpful, solving in no time an issue we had with the local transport company.
We appreciated the little garden in front of our room and the funny chickens.
Nothing to mention.
