Lovely room, very clean and amazing view of courtyard nearby. Really good air con for the hot months. Amazing staff Livia was lovely and welcoming. Fantastic location walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon.

Nothing I didn’t like was very good stay

I enjoyed my stay at Suite Deal. It was a spacious oasis of calm and coolness in the middle of busy Rome termini area, heat and sun. Located on a large old building, the inside of the suite is fully modern and renovated, with an air conditioning unit that you have full control over! (Mentioning because other places I've stayed in Rome will shut off in the middle of the night.) Coffee pods are provided to guests along with a kettle and larger fridge in the common area. Thank you for a very comfortable short stay!

Note there is some noise from the downstairs restaurant in the evening hours. Note you do have to lift your suitcase up a few steps but there is a lift to go up to be suite floor.

The good things worth mentioning about this place is probably the location and that it was quiet. The room was also ready when we arrived and we were able to leave our bags and go explore the city. The person at reception was lovely as well.

I'm always trying to stay positive but as a very honest person, I need to mention our experience just how it was because had I read other reviews mentioning a strong smell of chemicals and vinegar I wouldn't have stayed here. Ever. So when we first dropped our bags we could feel the smell. We were hoping it would go away by the time we came back. Instead it was worse because there was also a very strong smell of sewage and we later found out why. The bathroom was quickly flooded after we took a shower and there was no where for the water to drain. No mop to clean either which I would at least see it as a temporary solution instead of stepping into a puddle when you use the toilet the next morning. The bed and pillows were too soft (uncomfortable for us) and I had to put perfume on my pillow as I couldn't fall asleep because of the strong smell of vinegar. This never happened to me before in all my years of travelling. To top it all off, my friend wanted to use the toilet before we left. It was 10:02 and they knocked on the door because they had to clean. I said it's only 2 minutes past, we'll come out soon and the cleaning lady rolled her eyes at me... So unfortunately I won't be staying here again.
