Michelangelo Suite Roma Termini

Great location, very clean, friendly staff!

We were welcomed by a very pleasant manager who was always available and kept in touch with us throughout our stay. I really liked the location. It is close to the metro and the train station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. I also really liked the fact that I could use my phone to unlock the doors, which was very convenient. One day, there was heavy rain and I wanted to quickly run to a shop to buy umbrellas, but the manager kindly offered us umbrellas from the hotel instead. It was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture!

Our window faced the building’s inner courtyard. During our stay, we mostly kept the windows closed and used the air conditioning. However, one evening we opened the windows and noticed a very strong smell of cooking oil coming from the restaurant kitchen below.
