Closeness to Termini, lovely view from the windows, very quiet for a busy city, excellent host - very accommodating; allowing us to store our luggage before check in and after.
Small room-hard to open two larger suitcases - had to take turns opening; otherwise no room to move

The host who greeted us went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. He gave us exceptionally clear directions in advance on how to find the place, had biscuits waiting for us, showed us to our room, then checked us in so we didn't have to wait at the counter. Overall, excellent service.
