Close to the train station ! Lots of restaurants in area ... very quiet . Very good instructions for check in ( codes etc)

We really enjoyed our stay here. Daniele is a wonderful host and helped us a lot during the check-in process. The room was very clean and cozy, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from Termini Station. There are plenty of shops nearby, and the area is very well connected to the rest of the city, with direct bus routes in many directions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

The coffee machine in the lobby was great. The lady at reception was very nice. And the location was great—super close to the metro and centrally located for sightseeing.
The heater in our room did not work and we were cold. We told the property manager that it wasn’t working, but it never got fixed. There was mold growing on the walls and a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

Central location. Spacious room.
Shower was difficult to get in and out of. There was a smell of drains. Limited attendance by reception staff. Breakfast was in a different location.
