Location
Disappointing experience. The bathroom door had no lock, and the bathroom heater was not working properly. We were also charged an additional €50 for late check-in, which felt unfair as the property does not offer self-check-in and the late arrival required them to arrange access. Guests should not be charged for a limitation in the property’s check-in arrangements. Overall, not the experience we expected.
