the room was quite clean and comfortable!
the bathroom had a strange smell, and I had to wait 15 minutes at the door since no one was inside - despite me letting them know when I would arrive, and messaging them that I was there. I was super hot, and stressed that no one was responding to my messages, knocks on the door, or ringing the bell. When the guy finally came (he had been waiting outside for a water delivery) he offered no apology.
