The hotel had the atmosphere of a true family run hotel with a professional twist. The staff were attentive and helpful. The position of the hotel on the island gave us the opportunity to watch the sunrise and the sunset from our room 8, as well as hearing the water lapping against the walls.. The food was first class, with plenty of fresh fish from the lake. The wines were great, chosen by the their son who is a qualified sommelier.

I can't say there was anything wrong, only to warn that there is no lift and the rooms are on 3 floors. Also, weekends get busy on the Island with day trippers, but during the week it was quiet during the week in October.

Superb

Great place on island. It is a family run business, so you feel bit like "at home" or on a visit. There was a nice view from balcony to the lake. Also during the breakfat you have marvelous view on the lake. You can reach this accomodation quite well - it is not far from the port in Peschiera Maraglio.

There is not much space in the room to put you things, but generally you don't go there to stay in the room. You have to count to pay parking in Sulzano and be ready to take all your stuff with you on the boat.

Great stay in a beautiful place

Wonderful location overlooking the lake just a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal and main eating area. Close to the start of some great hikes. Lovely to have a balcony. Good size room. Tasty and filling breakfast. Allowed me to leave my bags before and after.

The location is superb with an amazing lake view! the rooms were very clean! The restaurant of the hotel is very good!

rooms don’t have a fridge, and as we stayed during very hot weather, we truly missed it! wi-fi connection was very weak and hardly worked in the room.

Gorgeous location, lovely family-run hotel. Restaurant was one of our best meals in Italy. Hotel and room so clean with attention to details.

Superb

The island is a perfect getaway and this hotel, that offers a balcony with a lake view, was excellent for peace and quiet. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night and I wished we planned a longer stay.

Note that the hotel is about 10 minute walk from the ferry, and that although it says that there's an option to rent a bike at the premises, it's actually private service not by the hotel, and it's availability depends on the weather. Also note that the wi-fi is only in the commmon areas.

This family run hotel and restaurant is perfect for a weekend break. They gave me a room with a terrace and a fantastic view overlooking the lake. Had my lunch and dinner in their restaurant and find it very good. The owner and the staff are very accomodating and glad their son Nicola can speak English very well.
